This position will provide sales support to the Wholesale Sales Manager and handle all customer needs related to the sales cycle for this Liberty Landscape Supply Division. A successful representative in this role will take on increased responsibility and ownership of customer accounts over time.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day customer needs including diagnosing customer problems, providing customer quotes, taking customer orders, coordinating order logistics, sourcing and monitoring order fulfillment via phone.
• Develop deep and lasting relationships with customer personnel.
• May manage a small book of business. Responsible for growing gross margin in book of business year over year.
• Leverage solution focused sales tools and processes to maximize growth with assigned accounts.
• Maintain appropriate professional and technical knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with assigned account.
• Communicate with General Managers, Operations Managers, Nursery Managers and Assistant Managers as needed when involving the retails operations in the sales, inventory, and delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
